1. About us and these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern purchases from and use of products and services supplied by Gifford Trade Group FZCO (company number 62321), trading as Traders Coaching ("Traders Coaching", "we", "us" or "our"), with an address at Building A1, DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Terms apply to purchases made through go.traderscoaching.co and related checkout pages, and to any member portal, digital delivery area, software file, training, support service or membership supplied in connection with those purchases.
By placing an order, creating or using an account, accessing the materials, or using a product after delivery, you agree to these Terms. If mandatory consumer law in your country gives you rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights continue to apply and take priority over any inconsistent part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. Our products are not intended for minors.
You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession and use of any software, training or trading-related material is lawful where you live and compatible with the rules of any broker, trading platform or proprietary trading firm you choose to use.
3. What we provide
Depending on the page or offer through which you purchase, Traders Coaching may provide one or more of the following:
- educational masterclasses, videos, written training, checklists, templates and reference materials;
- algorithmic-trading software files or strategy implementations intended to run on third-party platforms such as MetaTrader 5;
- historical backtest reports, rule sheets, setup instructions and risk/sizing examples;
- a strategy or bot selected or configured from our existing strategy library using the factual preferences and parameters you submit;
- onboarding or technical support relating to installation, configuration and use;
- lists or educational material concerning brokers, prop firms, markets, assets or trading infrastructure;
- one-time upgrades, additional strategy packages or priority support; and
- recurring memberships such as The Algo Room, where offered.
The exact inclusions, delivery timing, price and any promotional guarantee for your purchase are those stated on the checkout or sales page at the time you order. Promotional offers may change for future purchases.
4. Educational and informational purpose only
Everything we provide is for general educational and informational purposes and for your own independent evaluation. Content may discuss markets, strategies, risk, position sizing, brokers, proprietary trading firms, software settings, historical performance, or examples of how a rules-based strategy operates. That does not make it personalized financial or investment advice.
We do not assess your complete financial circumstances, investment objectives, tax position, liquidity needs, risk capacity, regulatory status or suitability for any financial product. Any questions we ask about markets, account size, risk settings, experience or preferences are used to configure or demonstrate the product you requested; they are not a regulated suitability assessment or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.
You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before making financial, investment, tax or legal decisions.
5. No brokerage, account management or custody
Traders Coaching is not acting as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, fiduciary, financial planner, tax adviser or legal adviser. We do not take custody of customer money, operate your brokerage account, choose trades on your behalf in real time, or execute trades for you.
Any algorithmic software runs on an account and platform controlled by you. You decide whether to install it, whether to enable live trading, what account to use, what capital to allocate, what settings to select or retain, and when to stop using it.
6. Trading risk; no results or income guarantee
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, futures, equities, indices, metals, leveraged products and other financial instruments can result in substantial losses, including loss of all capital allocated to trading and, depending on the product or account structure, potentially more.
No product, strategy, backtest, example, testimonial, case study, prop-firm result, challenge pass, payout, account size, review, published statistic or historical outcome is a promise, forecast or representation that you will achieve the same or any positive result.
We do not promise or guarantee:
- profit, income, returns or any particular rate of return;
- that a strategy will remain profitable or behave in live markets as it did historically;
- that you will pass or retain a proprietary trading firm account;
- that a proprietary trading firm will pay you, remain solvent, continue operating or keep the same rules;
- that a broker or platform will execute orders at a particular price or without slippage, outages or latency; or
- that use of automation will eliminate trading mistakes, drawdowns, losses or emotional decision-making.
Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether trading is appropriate for you.
7. Backtests, hypothetical results and data limitations
Backtests and simulated or hypothetical performance are based on historical data, assumptions and software settings. They are not live trading records and cannot reproduce all conditions that affect live results.
Actual results may differ materially because of matters including spread, commissions, swaps, slippage, liquidity, latency, market gaps, data quality, broker pricing, execution rules, platform differences, leverage, account size, position-sizing choices, prop-firm restrictions, software or VPS interruptions, human intervention and changing market conditions.
Historical performance, simulated performance and robustness testing do not guarantee future performance. A strategy can stop working, experience a larger drawdown than shown historically, or lose money for an extended period.
8. Testimonials, case studies and third-party statistics
Testimonials and case studies reflect the experiences of the people concerned and are not guarantees or representations of what a typical purchaser will achieve. Individual outcomes can vary substantially.
Any third-party research, broker statistics, market-size figures, prop-firm payout data or other external information is provided for context. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not independently audit third-party data and it may change.
Where a sales page links to a source, you should review the source and its methodology rather than relying on a headline figure alone.
9. Ordering, payment and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, commonly US dollars (USD). Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store your full payment-card number.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access while the matter is resolved.
Taxes, VAT, GST, duties or similar charges may apply depending on your location and the legal treatment of the supply. Where we are required to collect a tax, it may be added at checkout or included in the displayed price as applicable.
10. Delivery and access
Digital portal access is generally provided to the email address used at checkout. Certain training may unlock immediately. A bot or other configured deliverable may require you to submit onboarding information before the delivery period begins.
Where an offer states a target delivery time, the clock starts as described on the relevant sales page. Delays can occur if your onboarding information is incomplete, inaccurate, technically incompatible or requires clarification. If we become aware of a material delay, we will use reasonable efforts to tell you.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and device you use, safeguarding login credentials and keeping your own copies of downloaded files where appropriate.
11. Software and technical requirements
Third-party software, platforms, brokers, VPS providers, prop firms or data services may be required to use some products. Those services are supplied by third parties under their own terms, fees and technical requirements.
You are responsible for checking platform compatibility and maintaining any necessary third-party account, hardware, internet connection or VPS. We do not warrant that third-party services will remain available or unchanged.
Software can contain defects or behave unexpectedly. You should test any strategy or bot in a demo or simulated environment before considering live use, verify settings yourself, and monitor operation appropriately.
12. Proprietary trading firms and brokers
References to proprietary trading firms, brokers, exchanges, platforms or other providers are informational only unless we expressly state a commercial relationship.
Third parties control their own eligibility rules, trading restrictions, challenge criteria, payouts, pricing, account closures and rule changes. We are not responsible for a third party changing its rules, refusing or delaying a payout, closing an account, becoming unavailable or taking any other action.
You are solely responsible for reading and complying with the current rules of any third-party service you use.
13. Support
Support is intended to help with access, installation, product operation and understanding the educational materials. Support personnel do not provide individualized investment advice, tell you whether a specific trade should be entered or exited, guarantee that a setting is appropriate for your financial circumstances, or assume responsibility for your trading decisions.
References on a sales page to support availability describe the support channel offered with that product. They do not guarantee an instantaneous response at every hour, and reasonable response times may vary with demand, technical incidents, time zones and the nature of the request.
14. Accounts and acceptable use
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, access is licensed to one purchaser for personal use. You must not:
- share, resell, sublicense, publish or distribute login credentials or paid materials;
- copy, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected source code except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- remove copyright, branding, attribution or proprietary notices;
- use our materials to create, train or sell a competing product or service;
- use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe another person's rights; or
- interfere with our website, portal, security or other users.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful use or unauthorized distribution. Where consumer law requires notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach, we will provide it.
15. Intellectual property and licence
Our websites, training, strategy descriptions, reports, templates, videos, written materials, branding and software files are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
After valid payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased materials for your own learning and, where applicable, your own trading accounts, subject to these Terms.
A statement such as 'you own it' on a sales page means you receive ongoing personal use of the delivered copy or licence; it does not transfer our underlying copyright, source code, strategy library, trademarks or other intellectual-property rights.
16. Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and is set out separately below. Any voluntary guarantee we offer is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
17. Recurring memberships
If you buy a recurring membership, the price and billing frequency will be shown before purchase. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically using the payment method on file.
You may cancel future renewals using any cancellation method stated in the member area or by emailing support@traderscoaching.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges and does not ordinarily terminate access before the end of the period already paid for.
Any free trial, trial length and post-trial price will be disclosed before you enroll. If a law in your location imposes additional renewal notices or cancellation rights, we will honor those rights where applicable.
18. Communications
We may send transactional or service communications needed to fulfill your purchase, such as receipts, login details, delivery notices, security notices and support responses.
Marketing communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable marketing laws. Where consent is required, marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these Terms. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.
19. Availability, updates and changes to products
We may make reasonable changes to digital content, software, portal features, support systems or delivery methods to improve security, compatibility, accuracy or usability. We will not intentionally remove a material paid-for feature without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
We may withdraw an offer or change the price for future customers at any time. Changes do not retrospectively increase the price of a completed one-time purchase.
20. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and services are supplied on an 'as available' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free software, compatibility with every third-party system, or any trading or financial outcome.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Subject to the previous sentence and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the products, including loss of profit, trading losses, loss of opportunity, loss of data, business interruption, or losses caused by third-party brokers, prop firms, platforms or service providers.
Where the law permits a contractual cap, our aggregate liability arising directly from a particular paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This section does not reduce any remedy or compensation that applicable law requires us to provide, including non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory consumer-protection laws.
22. Indemnity for unlawful misuse
To the extent permitted by law, if you use our services unlawfully or materially breach another person's rights through your misuse of the services, you are responsible for losses we reasonably incur as a direct result of that conduct. This provision does not apply to ordinary consumer use or to matters caused by our own breach.
23. Suspension and termination
You may stop using a one-time product at any time and may cancel recurring services as described above.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, fraud, abuse, unauthorized distribution, legal compliance or a material breach of these Terms. Termination does not remove rights or liabilities that arose before termination.
24. Governing law and mandatory local rights
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you because of where you live.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot legally be waived by contract.
Any dispute should first be raised with us at support@traderscoaching.com so that we have a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Nothing in this clause prevents you from using a court, regulator, consumer body or dispute mechanism available to you under mandatory law.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applied when you made a one-time purchase will generally govern that purchase. Updated terms may apply prospectively to continued or renewed services where lawful and after any notice required by law.
